The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a computer-based entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) for admission to its 26 MBA programs across 16 institutes in India. It’s a popular choice for MBA aspirants seeking admission to reputed Symbiosis institutions like SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune, and others.

HIGHLIGHT OF SNAP

  • Eligibility : Graduates with any degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply.
  • Exam Dates : The SNAP exam is usually conducted in the month of December. The exact dates for SNAP 2024 are yet to be announced.
  • Exam Pattern : The SNAP exam is a 60-minute test with 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) across three sections:
    • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency (20 questions)
    • General English (20 questions)
    • Analytical & Logical Reasoning (20 questions)
  • Marking Scheme : Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and there is a 25% negative marking for wrong answers.
  • Selection Process : Selection to Symbiosis MBA programs is based on a composite score considering SNAP score, performance in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, and other factors like academic performance and work experience.
